We will deliver your catering to you as to your order details. ( Known as  Shipping Address)
So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here:

Delivery charges.

We charge a flat rate Delivery fee of $10.00 *

While we will endeavour to get your food delivered to you on time, your food may arrive earlier than expected and in some cases a little bit later than expected. This could be to a number of factors including Traffic, change of conditions and any other reason out of our control. Max time 15mins.

AXPG- ALIMENTATION XPRESS its staff and associated Partners are not liable for any incorrect information provided for your order and as such if you have made a mistake on the Delivery Address please contact us Immediately via Phone or email to rectify this.

All food is Delivered in Appropriate Containers, Heat Bags as to Australian Guidlines and Local Council Guidlines.

In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order,or if we cannot deliver  the item to you on the date required.
