Refund/ Delivery Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund

To be eligible for a refund you ORDER must not have been fulfilled.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods or services were not as stated or don’t meet Australian standards or regulations or were not as ordered.

If you are unhappy with any purchase.from us please contact us and we will be happy to investigate your issue. If deemed we are at fault we will refund you the total amount owing within 14 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

All orders require a 10 percent deposit (non refundable) upon confirmation and acceptance of your order.

We also require 40% of the invoice 7 Days prior to your order. And the final 50% upon delivery.

Cancellation of your order:

Please Note your 10% is non refundable (this is our service fee)

If cancelling PRIOR TO 14 DAYS- ALL OTHER MONIES PAID is given a full refund ex the 10% paid.

With in 3 days uptill the 48 hours prior a cancellation fee of 30% Applies

With in 24 hours of the order No refunds will be given.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping/Delivery

Once we confirm your order and the day its due for delivery we will contact you to confirm the order 24 hours prior to make sure the delivery address is still the same. We will endeavour to deliver your items on time and efficiently but due to Traffic, or reasons beyond our control we may not be able to deliver exactly on time (maximum 15 minutes late)

All foods will be delivered in Appropriate containers, And heat bags if required.

Upon delivery the client must sign an accepted order form stating they received the item/s ordered.

Please note AXPG uses contract drivers during busy periods including couriers that are subcontracted by us to deliver your order. All complaints must be addressed to us on this matter and not the company this driver works for and we will follow up your concerns.
